Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Product Specialist Senior Analyst to support fund formation and capital raising across European commingled funds. You will work with a global institutional investor base and cross-functional teams to manage due diligence, marketing, and data initiatives.

The role offers exposure to investor communications, roadshows, and event coordination within a dynamic platform. Strong English fluency and prior experience in real assets investments are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in real estate, business or finance, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a client service/Product Specialist role with an adviser or manager of alternative investment strategies.
• Fluency in English (essential).

Responsibilities

• Sit at the forefront of the end-to-end investor due diligence process, including responding to due diligence questionnaires and information requests.
• Support fundraising across European commingled funds, including market positioning, investor outreach and transfer of data.
• Coordinate investor onsite meetings and property tours, with some travel.
• Support project management workstreams and lead internal discussions across teams and leaders.
• Engage in end-to-end fund formation including KYC onboarding and ongoing reviews.
• Assist in marketing materials and investor communications with Compliance.
• Map institutional investor landscape globally to expand Greystar's investor base.
