Job summary

Greystar in Charleston, SC, seeks a Global Product Specialist within Investment Management to support fund formation and capital raising across European commingled funds.

The role collaborates with Investor Relations, Compliance, Legal and Finance; will involve travel domestically and internationally; requires an undergraduate degree and English fluency; background in real estate or finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in real estate, business, finance, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in a client service/product specialist role or adviser/manager of alternative investment strategies.
• Fluency in English (essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investor due diligence responses and information collection.
• Support fundraising across European commingled funds with market positioning and investor outreach.
• Coordinate investor meetings, data requests, and travel as needed.
• Maintain investment offering data in the CRM and map institutional investor landscape.
• Collaborate with Compliance to vet materials and coordinate with multiple internal teams.
