Job summary

StepStone Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to join the team supporting investor relations and marketing activities. A solid understanding of private equity markets and client service is desired.

The role focuses on drafting investor materials, managing inquiries, coordinating across Finance and Asset Management teams, and assisting with fundraising and reporting for commingled funds and separately managed accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or economics.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with private equity analytics and client reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Salesforce desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare investor marketing materials for meetings and events.
• Assist in managing investor inquiries and reporting materials.
• Coordinate across SPAR, Accounting/Finance and Asset Management teams.
• Support client communications including quarterly investor reports and market updates.
• Prepare fundraising materials and complete RFPs as needed.
• Handle ad hoc projects.
