Job summary

BetterUp in New York City (hybrid) is hiring a Senior Product and Go-to-Market Strategist to own positioning and narrative across the customer journey, grounded in business problems and market intelligence. You’ll shape messaging, proof, and assets used by Sales, CS, and Marketing as part of a multi-product platform story.

You’ll lead end-to-end launches, define platform strategy, and build reusable narratives and playbooks for deals, renewals, and case studies, while partnering with Product,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategy consulting or equivalent experience guiding enterprise clients.
• Direct product marketing, HR tech, or B2B SaaS exposure is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize complex problems into clear strategy and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Define executive persona messaging grounded in CHRO/CEO problems.
• Own positioning/messaging across the customer journey and multi-product platform.
• Lead end-to-end product launches with cross-functional partners.
• Create reusable narratives, plays, and proof to accelerate deals and renewals.
