Job summary

BetterUp is seeking a Senior Product and Go-to-Market Strategist to own positioning and the narrative that drives the full customer journey, grounded in market intelligence and business problems. This role reports to the VP of Product Marketing and partners with Product, Demand Gen, and Brand to ship high-quality strategy.

Responsibilities

• Start from the customer's business problem and map it to BetterUp's solution.
• Inform market and customer intelligence with win/loss, buyer, and account data.
• Own positioning and messaging across the customer journey, landing in 30 seconds.
• Lead the multi-product and platform narrative to move single-product accounts to platform accounts.
• Lead product launches including positioning, naming, proof, and sales narrative.
• Turn strategy into scalable field systems with repeatable pitches, battlecards, and case studies.
• Sharpen BetterUp's category position and AI-enabled strategies.
