Axon is seeking a finance-focused professional to partner with Product and Engineering, driving forecasting, budgeting and profitability analysis across multiple product pillars. You will influence roadmap prioritization, manage R&D OPEX/CAPEX and ensure forecasts align with strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in business or accounting.
• 7+ years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting and analytics.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Roadmap prioritization based on profit contribution and resource constraints.
• Lead cost, headcount and budget reviews to align with the plan and product strategy.
• Support R&D/product spend forecasting and present to R&D leaders; participate in FP&A meetings.
