Job summary

BILL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the ProductFinance team. This role partners with product managers to develop data-driven insights and guide investment decisions. You will build KPI reporting, support annual planning, and help shape product strategy and resource allocation.

You will leverage financial modeling to evaluate launches, pricing, and feature investments, while automating recurring reports for accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A/strategic finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive financial partner to product managers and leaders; translate data into clear insights.
• Build and maintain reporting on key product KPIs (adoption, retention, monetization, unit economics).
• Develop financial models to support business cases for new launches, feature investments and pricing.
• Support annual planning including budget tracking, variance analysis, headcount planning.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting to improve accuracy and turnaround time.
