Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field is required.
• Experience leading moderately complex technical work packages.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned CPE work packages for released Quick Disconnect Couplings and related components.
• Investigate moderately complex product, manufacturing, quality, supplier, or customer issues using structured problem solving and data.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to drive technical actions to closure.
• Define or support pressure, leak, flow, durability, and reliability evaluations for released products.
• Coach, mentor, and train less experienced engineers or technicians on QDC product knowledge and testing practices.
• Maintain robust traceability of technical evidence and documentation.
