Job summary

Danfoss seeks a Lead Product Engineer to provide advanced technical support for Aeroquip Fluid Conveyance products. You will lead design, testing, and reliability activities while coordinating with cross-functional teams across locations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years in product/manufacturing engineering, and willingness to travel up to 10%. Location is near Van Wert, Maumee, OH with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials or other Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in product engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• Relocation assistance is not available; must be within 50 miles of specified facilities.

Responsibilities

• Display proficient application of core engineering tools and principles.
• Mentor other engineers and direct cross-functional teams.
• Lead design, testing, and analysis activities; develop test plans and reports.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally to support project activities.
