Responsibilities

• Yield optimization: identify root causes and implement actions to improve yield.
• New product launch: qualify and release new products to production.
• Production support: address daily production challenges and troubleshoot processes.
• Continuous improvement: lead productivity, cost reduction, and quality initiatives.
• Data-driven insights: use Spotfire, Mbayse, Dataware, JMP for decisions.
• Design collaboration: work with design teams on simulation and silicon debug.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with business units to improve test programs and setups.
• Failure analysis: partner with failure analysis labs to identify root causes.
