Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience across backend, web, and mobile layers
• Strong UX/UI sensibility and product awareness
• Fluency with AI coding tools and automation
• Expertise in unit and integration testing and maintainable code
• Customer- and product-focused mindset with good tradeoffs
• Ability to collaborate across teams and time zones
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy customer-facing features spanning backend, web, and mobile, owning end-to-end solutions
• Build platform tooling for onboarding, KYC/identity, and customer support workflows serving millions of users
• Leverage AI coding tools and agentic development to accelerate delivery and improve automation
• Own the DevOps lifecycle for your products: build, validate, monitor, maintain
• Provide technical input to planning and design, balancing speed and quality
• Conduct meaningful code reviews for correctness, style, and security
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering culture and best practices
• Tackle ambiguous, cross-cutting problems and drive resolution independently
