Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in product development/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50% engineered project management including benchmarking, requirements, and test protocol development.
• Perform 30% financial/value-based calculations and present findings to stakeholders.
• Resolve product performance concerns and provide engineering guidance to deliver short-term goals.
• Support cross-functional teams with cost optimization and supplier collaboration.
