About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Care Navigations team to revolutionize how people find top doctors in their area. You will work closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering across the entire tech stack, eager to learn new techniques and technologies, and responsible for leading projects and building features end-to-end to enhance our provider search and recommendation experience, ensuring users can easily connect with the best healthcare providers for their needs.

This position is fully remote.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and launch new features to improve the Garner app's quality
• Collaborate across disciplines to understand user needs and iterate on ideas
• Ensure user privacy and security through secure coding practices
• Support the Garner app in production

What you will bring to the team:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering full-stack software
• Familiarity with React, NodeJS, Docker, and major cloud providers
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or ElasticSearch
• Experience working in agile teams and fluency with agile methodologies

Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range is $180,000 - $220,000, depending on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. This role also offers participation in our equity incentive plan and benefits such as flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plans, 401(k), Teladoc Health, and more.
