About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Care Navigations team and help revolutionize how people find top doctors in their area. You will work closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering across the tech stack, eager to learn and apply new techniques and technologies, and responsible for leading projects and building features end-to-end to improve our provider search and recommendation experience, enabling users to connect easily with the best healthcare providers for their needs.

This position is fully remote.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and launch new features; improve the overall quality of the Garner app
• Collaborate across disciplines to understand user needs and iterate on new ideas
• Ensure user privacy and security through secure coding practices
• Support the Garner app in production

What you will bring to the team:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering full-stack software
• Proficiency with React, NodeJS, Docker, and major cloud providers
• Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL or ElasticSearch
• Experience working in agile teams and fluency with agile methodologies

Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range is $180,000 - $220,000, depending on qualifications and skills. This role also offers participation in our equity incentive and benefits plans, including flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plans, 401(k), Teladoc Health, and more.
