Job summary

Agile Resources, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmaps for healthcare platform capabilities. This remote role requires based in the United States and focuses on clinician workflows and regulatory considerations.

You'll lead product discovery with user interviews, translate insights into prioritized backlogs, and guide an Agile Scrum team to deliver measurable outcomes. Collaboration with UX, Legal, Compliance, and PMO is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 4+ years of product management experience leading digital health software.
• Experience with healthcare technology, clinical workflows, or EHR platforms.
• Proven experience with structured product discovery and data-driven decision making.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience bringing 0-to-1 products from concept to launch is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulated environments involving Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Security.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for healthcare platform capabilities with measurable outcomes.
• Lead continuous product discovery with user interviews and workflow analysis to uncover clinician pain points.
• Prioritize high-value opportunities balancing provider needs, business impact, and feasibility.
• Drive cross-product integrations to maintain seamless workflows.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with Engineering, UX, Clinical Operations, Legal, Compliance, and PMO.
• Guide an Agile Scrum team with clear problem context, detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature priorities.
• Define and track OKRs such as adoption and physician satisfaction to optimize product performance.
• Navigate regulatory and privacy standards with Legal and Compliance to ensure governance.
