Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in product design, sustaining engineering, manufacturing support, or NPI.
• Strong knowledge of DFMA, root-cause analysis, validation, design reviews, and engineering change management.
• Ability to lead technical projects independently and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and product documentation.
• Lead production issue resolution and corrective actions to improve quality and reliability.
• Support prototypes, first article inspections, and new product introduction.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability, cost, quality, and performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers to resolve technical challenges.
