Job summary

JMJ Phillip Group seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer IV to lead advanced manufacturing engineering initiatives, optimize production processes, and support development and implementation of efficient systems. The role provides technical leadership in process improvement, equipment optimization, production support, and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering in industrial/production setting.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, automation, and optimization.
• Proven track record leading complex engineering and continuous improvement projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving cycle times, and increasing operational efficiency.
• Support the selection, installation, qualification, and optimization of manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with design, quality, production for manufacturability and launches of new products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to manufacturing engineers and production teams.
• Manage engineering projects, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
