Job summary

DataCamp is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead end-to-end initiatives, from idea through release and measurement, in a fast-paced, AI-native team. You will shape architecture, own services, and drive high-quality, scalable systems that leverage LLMs.

You will work with Claude Code, Codex, and other AI tools to prototype faster, raise code quality, and tackle hard problems that matter to millions of learners and thousands of companies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building software across the stack.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React is a strong plus.
• AI-native mindset with tool-assisted prototyping and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Own product or platform projects end-to-end with autonomy.
• Shape technical direction from architecture through implementation.
• Keep services scalable, reliable, and observable, powered by LLMs.
• Raise standards in testing, observability, and long-term engineering excellence.
• Use data and user feedback to decide what to build next.
• Mentor and lead engineers through code reviews.
