Qualifications

• 1+ years building complex LLM-based systems; strong prompt engineering intuition.
• Ability to design meaningful evaluation methods and custom metrics.
• Fluency in Python; comfortable with production infrastructure, cloud environments, and CI/CD.
• Active followership of AI research and applying ideas to real problems.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the core AI tutoring system, including architectures and real-time adaptive behaviors.
• Run rigorous experimentation and evaluation with custom metrics.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable software integrating AI with platform systems.

• Prototype and productionize novel model interactions leveraging emerging research.
