Job summary

Mindly is a remote-first product company building AI-powered experiences for mental health. You’ll work with Product Team and CEO to ship features end-to-end, combining code, design, and user insights to drive the Mindly product forward.

As a Product Engineer, you will own end-to-end development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help refine AI workflows and the AI Companion for users exploring mental health support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with React.js and Node.js
• Product thinking focused on solving user problems
• Experience building AI-powered products or using AI-assisted development tools
• Strong engineering fundamentals and scalable systems design
• Fast learner of new technologies and frameworks
• Mobile app development experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and problems; shape and evaluate solutions
• Contribute to AI-powered experiences including AI Companion
• Use AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery
• Drive end-to-end development from problem to production
• Collaborate with Product Team and CEO across the development cycle
