Job summary

Oxbo, Forage Division in Wisconsin is seeking a Product Engineer to lead engineering projects within a design and development program. You may supervise engineers and designers, perform high level analysis, and design components for production.

You will resolve manufacturing and field issues, create project documentation, use CAD tools, evaluate designs for safety and cost, and support prototype builds and production. Strong collaboration and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 6+ years related experience in mechanical or equipment engineering.
• Proficient with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modeling software.
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP, Algor, FEMPro preferred.
• Strong MS Office and MS Project skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects within a design and development program.
• Supervise engineers and/or designers as needed and manage CAD work.
• Perform high level engineering analysis and design of components.
• Resolve manufacturing and field issues arising in production.
• Create and maintain project documentation and BOMs.
