Job summary

Mural Group is hiring a senior software engineer to own AI products end to end, from idea to production. You will work with LLMs or agents, applying strong full-stack skills and clear product-driven communication to craft delightful user experiences.

This remote role in the US offers substantial ownership, equity, and collaboration with a fast-moving, venture-backed team. Occasional travel is possible for Bay Area/New York coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building user-facing software, with end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on work with LLMs or agents.
• Strong full-stack skills.
• Product sense and clear communication.
• Nice to have: designed evaluation frameworks; startup or founding-engineer background.

Location: Remote (US)Pay: $190,000-$270,000 + equity

A late-stage, venture-backed enterprise AI company is building a small, high-ownership team to ship new AI products from zero to one. Bay Area and New York are preferred; from elsewhere, expect occasional travel. The role mixes software engineering, applied ML and customer work, with real product judgment expected.
