Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a seasoned software engineer to join a product engineering team building AI-powered tools for data and marketing workflows. You will explore new ideas, prototype quickly, and develop reliable AI systems that help users gain insights from their own data.

You will collaborate with a small, fast-moving team to prototype and ship product capabilities, making architectural choices for AI-powered features and production pipelines while evaluating model

Qualifications

• Five to twelve years of software engineering experience building core products.
• Strong backend engineering skills and ML in product context.
• Experience with complex AI applications beyond simple retrieval.
• Product engineering experience in startup or growth-stage env with increasing scope.
• Strong product intuition, customer focus, clear communication, and structured problem-solving.
• Experience from inception to iteration, e.g., early engineering hire or founder.

What We’re Looking For

• Five to twelve years of software engineering experience building core products, ideally in AI or machine learning contexts.

• Strong backend engineering skills and experience applying machine learning in product or engineering work.

• Experience with complex AI applications beyond straightforward retrieval-augmented generation.

• Product engineering experience in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage environment, with a record of increasing scope.

• Strong product intuition, customer focus, clear communication, and structured problem-solving.

• Experience building products from inception through iteration, such as as an early engineering hire or founder, is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $200,000 to $320,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
