Job summary

Vultr is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Enablement to build the enablement engine for Cloud Compute and Cloud GPU. You will turn complex infrastructure products into sales-ready content and training that scale with a fast-growing GTM organization.

The role partners with Product and Engineering to capture upcoming roadmaps, develop certification paths and live/on-demand trainings, and continuously evolve enablement cadences to match product velocity and AI market changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product enablement, technical enablement, or product marketing for technical/infrastructure products.
• Ability to build recurring enablement programs from the ground up.
• Comfort translating complex GPU/compute infrastructure into sales materials and training.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a recurring product enablement program for Vultr's Cloud Compute and Cloud GPU.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into sales-ready messaging and collateral.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn roadmaps into enablement content before GA.
• Design and deliver scalable training, certification paths, and playbooks.
• Develop competitive positioning and battle cards for Cloud Compute and GPU markets.
• Measure enablement effectiveness and iterate based on data.
• Bridge Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on product knowledge.
