Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr Director to lead product enablement, analytics and continuous improvement for Packaging. The role translates business priorities, customer insights, and market trends into scalable strategies and measurable outcomes.

It sets analytics governance, operating model evolution, and drives cross-functional execution to improve growth, productivity, service quality, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in logistics, operations, analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, strategy, product development, analytics or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional and enterprise-level initiatives; strong executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Owns business plans and go-to-market strategies for packaging and new service offerings.
• Provides strategic leadership across Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing, and more.
• Leads analytics strategy, dashboards, and data-driven decision support.
• Establishes continuous improvement governance, training, and KPI tracking.
• Directs market, customer, and competitive analyses to inform investments.
