Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or packaging.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Upper Management as well as customers and account teams and staff.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment and materials.
• PC proficiency and time study/analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of engineers on the design and pricing for all pursuits, implementations, and re-engineering projects.
• Ensures the team develops engineering skills and business relationships to influence decisions on design, pricing and equipment for packaging operations.
• Builds partnerships across the business to support Packaging Product offerings.
• Drives continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives across packaging operations.
• Interviews and hires new team members.
