Job summary

Precision eControl seeks a Senior Director of Product to own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end development of a key Orion domain. You will lead discovery, prioritization, and execution with Precision eControl and Vorys eControl stakeholders, driving customer outcomes and platform coherence.

Working with engineering, data science, and executive leadership, you will set vision, align cross-functionally, and deliver scalable capabilities that reinforce a unified Orion experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define product strategy and translate into outcomes.
• Expertise in B2B SaaS product leadership with complex workflows.
• Strong customer orientation and continuous discovery practice.
• Excellent product judgment and stakeholder communication.
• Technical and data fluency to partner on architecture and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve domain strategy and roadmap aligned with platform vision.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and execution for the Orion domain.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Guide full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Develop governance for platform coherence and shared requirements.
