Job summary

EnerVenue is seeking a Product Management Director to own the full lifecycle of its metal-hydrogen energy storage portfolio, from cells and vessels to BMS/EMS software. You will translate utility and international customer needs into a prioritized roadmap, product requirements, and defensible pricing to guide R&D and manufacturing at scale.

This is a build-and-scale assignment: establish the product management function, implement stage-gate governance, cost and margin models, and an intelligence

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
MBA or Master’s preferred for strategic leadership.
10+ years in product management or product leadership roles.
Experience with energy storage, batteries, or grid infrastructure desired.

Responsibilities

Own multi-year product strategy and roadmap for metal-hydrogen storage portfolio.
Translate customer needs into PRD/MRD and testable specifications.
Define pricing, cost models and product P&L; guide go-to-market.
Lead stage-gate NPI governance and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, manufacturing and sales.
