Job summary

Printfresh in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Product Development & Production Sourcing Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to bulk production and delivery. You will partner with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, and international vendors to keep samples moving and ensure on-time, on-cost delivery true to design intent.

You are a hands-on, cross-functional collaborator who can manage tech packs, costing, production milestones, and risk

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in product development, production, sourcing in consumer goods.
• Experience with international factories and vendor partnerships.
• Proficient in costing, materials, trims, testing, packaging, and production approvals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple timelines.
• Excellent communication to surface issues and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development lifecycle for assigned categories, from proto to bulk readiness.
• Oversee production readiness, cost approvals, and WIP tracking across factories.
• Own Time & Action calendar and cross-functional status meetings.
• Coordinate with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Manage vendor partnerships, onboarding, and performance.
