Job summary

Printfresh in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Product Development & Production Sourcing Manager to drive styles from concept through bulk production, coordinating with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations and international vendor partners.

You will own the development lifecycle, costing, samples, quality, and on-time handoffs to Supply Chain while mitigating risks and keeping teams aligned on data accuracy and design intent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product development, production, sourcing or related apparel roles.
• End-to-end product lifecycle experience from concept to bulk production.
• Experience with international factories/vendors and costing.
• Strong PLM/ERP experience and data-management discipline.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead full development lifecycle for assigned categories, including proto, fit, costing, pre-production, and bulk readiness.
• Review tech packs, samples, materials, trims, and construction for quality and manufacturability.
• Own Time & Action calendars and cross-functional status meetings.
• Manage production readiness, costs, and vendor communications from sample to ship date.
• Ensure accurate handoff of production information to Supply Chain and Operations.
