  • Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent) and PLM systems.

  • Solid understanding of mechanical components including sheet metal, machined parts, injection-molded plastics, and castings.

  • Hands-on experience with DFM, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing process validation.

  • Demonstrated success bringing complex products from prototype through production.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with robotics, automation, or warehouse/logistics technologies.

  • Familiarity with FEA, thermal and structural analysis tools.

  • Experience working with offshore manufacturing partners.

  • Understanding of quality systems, regulatory standards, and reliability testing.

The Offer:
  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

  • Opportunities for career growth in a rapidly scaling robotics company
