Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience in regulated markets and ensuring specifications/standards are met.
• Understanding of basic Thermodynamics, Electrical, and Mechanical theories.
• Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem solving.
• Ability to read/analyze technical specifications and apply requirements.
• Strong decision making, organization, and good judgment.
• Interpersonal and technical presentation skills.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Solid modelling CAD experience.
• Team-player with multi-project capability.
• Customer-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and design/develop products to meet needs.
• Support products through fabrication and drive improvements in design and fabrication processes.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards governing regulated markets.
• Lead projects from proposal through delivery with frequent supplier and customer interaction.
