Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience in regulated markets with requirements to specs and standards.
• Understanding of thermo-, electrical-, and mechanical principles.
• Proficiency in CAD modeling and reading technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and design/develop products to meet needs.
• Support products through fabrication and improve design and fabrication processes.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards for regulated markets.
• Lead projects from proposal to delivery with frequent supplier and customer interaction.
