Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or physics.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering projects.
• 3+ years managing product technical requirements.
• 3+ years of mechanical or electrical product design experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a product from design to launch – define roadmap, ensure manufacturability at rate, align with customer needs.
• Serve as technical point of contact to ensure production targets and successful product launches.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across business, UX, and engineering during NPI phases.
• Translate product strategies into business requirements and technical deliverables for new introductions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement via market research, data analysis, and beta testing campaigns.
• Support engineering failure analysis and root cause investigations in early production.
• Motivate and support peers to achieve program goals and deliver updates to leadership.
• Prepare relevant updates and deliverables for senior management.
