Watlow is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to serve as a technical resource for customers, sales channels and internal teams. You will translate customer needs into practical product and application solutions, lead complex technical activities, and support development of standard and modified-standard products.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or technical field.
- 7+ years of application engineering or related experience.
- Ability to interpret CAD drawings and create technical documentation.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience with quotes and cost-informed design decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical support to sales agents, customers and distributors.
- Advise on product selection, application, setup and programming.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable instructions for production teams.
- Support post-sale technical inquiries and order follow-up.
- Read customer drawings and identify risks and gaps.
