As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the user experience of our consumer products, driving UI/UX, interaction models, prototypes, and information architecture through close collaboration with engineering, product, marketing, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design.
• 5+ years of UX-related experience (enterprise apps preferred).
• Fluency in interaction design best practices and user-centered design.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambigous environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the UX vision for our solutions and ensure implementation.
• Create user experiences, information architecture, task flows, and wireframes.
• Develop high-fidelity mocks and prototypes with on-brand UI patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, ML, and Engineering to translate requirements into designs.
• Lead in-house user research to validate design concepts with end users.
• Plan, prioritise, and oversee design initiatives to meet timelines.
• Define metrics for design success and use feedback to iterate.
