Red Cell Partners, LLC. is seeking a Senior Product Designer for MyPattern, a women’s health intelligence platform.

You’ll shape UX and UI, drive interaction design, information architecture, and user research, partnering with ML, product, and engineering teams to take concepts to launch. You will translate business needs into customer‑focused solutions, deliver high‑fidelity prototypes, and maintain design systems while thriving in a remote-enabled environment that values ownership,

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design.
• 5+ years of UX-related experience (enterprise apps preferred).
• Fluency in best practices for interaction design and user-centered design processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid experience guiding or managing user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the UX vision for our solutions.
• Build user experiences and interaction design with flows and wireframes.
• Design high-fidelity mocks and maintain UI guidelines and patterns.
• Drive data-driven design decisions based on analysis and user feedback.
• Conduct and build in-house user research to validate concepts.
• Collaborate with Product, ML, and engineering teams to translate requirements.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee design initiatives and delivery.
• Define and track metrics for design success and improvements.
