Headway, based in San Francisco, builds an AI-first platform to connect patients with providers and streamline therapist onboarding. We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to own conversion-focused experiences across provider-facing pages and internal tools, partnering with Creative, PM, and Eng for rapid iteration and measurable impact.

You’ll prototype with Claude Code and Cursor, apply data-driven insights to reduce drop-off, and shape the Helix design system while collaborating across teams

Formación

• 5+ years of product design experience in conversion, growth, or acquisition.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft for public surfaces.
• Experience diagnosing drop-off and improving funnels.

Responsabilidades

• Own provider rebrand and landing page design to boost conversions.
• Lead the lead form and acquisition entry with low friction and high trust.
• Design PGA-enabled tooling to coach providers through the funnel.
• Diagnose SQL→ Intake-Complete drop-off and run experiments.
• Collaborate with Research to leverage Helix design system patterns.
