Rover is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Price Experience team. You will help define strategy, scopes, and rhythms for a cross‑functional design organization, partnering with product, engineering, data analytics, and UX Research to craft pricing experiences for owners and sitters across web and app platforms.

You will apply data‑driven methods, own the end‑to‑end design process, and drive improvements in user trust, engagement, and business metrics while embracing an AI‑native product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/Product design.
• Experience across web and mobile apps.
• Data‑driven design with metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in HCI or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy, scope, and rhythms for a Rover design team.
• Run workshops and work with product management to identify strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to set requirements and roadmaps.
• Partner with UX Research to conduct user and usability testing across the product life cycle.
• Own the design process and ensure trust, high visual quality, and consistency across devices.
• Coordinate with designers on other teams to maintain alignment.
• Incorporate user insights and feedback to improve experiences for owners and sitters.
