Realtor.com® is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Partner Marketplace, to join a cross‑functional product team and shape experiences that help people find and enjoy a home of their own.

You will partner with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead from research to shipped pixels, contributing to design systems for professional web and mobile apps, and guiding user-centered design across consumer and client‑facing platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the design industry.
• 3+ years in a product-led organization.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies, interaction flows, prototyping, high-fidelity screens, and shipped products.
• Proven ability to execute on diverse priorities across consumer and client-facing platforms.
• Experience delivering multiple projects with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Strong and clear communication skills.
• Informed and strong opinions, loosely held.
• A practitioner of user-centric processes and design thinking principles.
• Mastery of design thinking practices and craft.
• Exemplifies a We, Not Me attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers, product leaders, engineers, product marketing, brand, and other designers on complex problems.
• Be the voice of the user, and explore multiple ideas while also knowing when to bring the work to an executable deliverable.
• Deliver innovative solutions which significantly improve user experience across products for your team.
• Independently lead all aspects of the design process from conception to completion.
• Articulate the value of design and the reasons for your design decisions clearly to Product and Engineering teammates.
• Actively contribute to the evolution of our design system, including crafting components and auditing libraries.
• Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative sessions.
• Uphold a high standard for design excellence and raise the bar for design at the company.
