Job summary

Radar is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead product design across our location platform, owning the dashboard and experiences used by developers and operations teams. As the sole Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape the product design culture, evolve our design system, and translate complex geofencing and location data into simple, compelling interfaces.

Based in Radar's Flatiron, NYC HQ, you’ll work in the office Monday-Thursday with Fridays flexible and collaborate closely with

Qualifications

5+ years of product design experience at a tech company.
Strong UI/UX and visual design craft with sharp product instincts.
Proficient in Figma; experience with Claude Code, Cursor for prototyping.
Portfolio showcasing multiple shipped digital products with complex dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead design for Radar’s dashboard and location platform.
Collaborate with CEO, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams.
Own the design process from concepts and user flows to production-ready UI.
Develop and evolve Radar’s product design system as the company scales.
Incorporate customer feedback into product decisions and improvements.
