Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Senior Product Designer for the Prime Video Experience Design team in the United States. You’ll shape live and intelligent entertainment experiences, partnering with Product, Engineering, Research, Science, and Design to define visions, prototype interactives, and influence product direction across sports, news, and live channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience in product design or related fields.
• An online portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design work.
• Experience designing across complex customer journeys and multi‑surface experiences.
• Strong experience with modern design tools such as Figma and prototyping platforms.
• Experience building interactive prototypes to validate concepts and hypotheses.
• Strong visual, interaction, and systems‑thinking design skills.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering in cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling, including presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design for high‑impact initiatives across live sports, news, and channels.
• Define customer journeys and interaction patterns across discovery, anticipation, viewing, catch‑up, and engagement.
• Translate opportunities into customer problems, hypotheses, and scalable design frameworks.
• Design intuitive, personalized experiences that show what is live and what to watch next.
• Explore AI‑enabled experiences with partners to inform storytelling and recommendations.
• Create wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, prototypes, and production‑ready specs.
• Prototype and validate concepts with cross‑functional partners, leveraging AI workflows when helpful.
• Drive consistency across sports, news, and linear experiences while respecting content needs.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap priorities with design rationale and insights.
• Present work to senior stakeholders, mentor designers, and elevate craft.
