Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of live and intelligent entertainment experiences. You will lead high‑impact design initiatives across sports, news, and live TV, partnering with Product, Engineering, Research, Science, and Design teams to develop visions, prototypes, and production-ready specs.
You will frame long-term customer vision, design polished cross-device interactions, and rapidly prototype new approaches.

Prime Video is redefining how customers discover, follow, and engage with the content and moments that matter most to them. Across live sports, breaking news, linear channels, and special events, we are creating more intuitive, personalized, and connected ways for customers to find what is happening now, understand why it matters, and stay engaged before, during, and after the live experience.
The Prime Video Experience Design (PVXD) studio is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Senior Product Designer to help define the next generation of live and intelligent entertainment experiences. You will lead high‑impact design initiatives across sports, news, and live TV categories, shaping how customers move from discovery and anticipation to live viewing, catch‑up, and re‑engagement.
This role is ideal for a senior individual contributor who thrives in ambiguity, combines strong product thinking with exceptional interaction design craft, and can turn emerging opportunities into tangible customer experiences. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Science, and Design teams to develop experience visions, build interactive prototypes, test hypotheses, and influence product direction.
You are equally comfortable framing a long‑term customer vision, designing polished cross‑device interactions, and rapidly prototyping new approaches. You recognize that great live experiences are not only about what customers see, but how the product responds to context, timing, personal interests, and the unfolding story.
As a Senior Product Designer on the Sports, News & Linear Experiences team, your work will span strategy, detailed product design, and hands‑on experimentation.
One day, you may be shaping an intelligent live hub that helps customers navigate games, news coverage, channels, and special events. Another day, you may be prototyping how fans discover an important moment across simultaneous games, or exploring how a news viewer can quickly catch up on a developing story. You may work with engineers and scientists to test a context‑aware experience using real signals, then translate those learnings into clear design direction.
You will own meaningful customer problems while collaborating across multiple initiatives and surfaces. Success requires strong individual design ownership, a bias toward learning through making, and the ability to bring clarity and alignment to complex, fast‑moving opportunities.
