Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a product designer for Prime Video Playback and Ads experiences. You will design end-to-end playback controls, inform product decisions with user research, and collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers to ship high-impact interfaces.
You will contribute to information architecture, UI design, motion, and prototypes across TV, mobile, and web surfaces, shaping the future of Prime Video experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of design experience.
- 3+ years delivering design solutions as UX or interaction designer.
- Have an available online portfolio.
- Experience designing for both mobile and desktop applications.
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization.
- Strong prototyping skills with high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Create end-to-end design solutions for Prime Video Playback and Ads, collaborating with business and tech partners.
- Analyze UI problems to craft on-brand design solutions meeting business goals.
- Work with Design Systems and accessibility partners to ensure WCAG-compliant designs.
- Explore AI tools and new workflows to push design standards.
- Advocate for customer needs while balancing advertiser considerations and monetization.
- Create user flows, wireframes, visuals, and prototypes to communicate interactions to PV leadership.
- Identify areas for research and testing and work with researchers to execute.
