Job summary

Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of live and intelligent entertainment experiences. You will lead high‑impact design initiatives across sports, news, and live TV, partnering with Product, Engineering, Research, Science, and Design teams to develop visions, prototypes, and production-ready specs.

You will frame long-term customer vision, design polished cross-device interactions, and rapidly prototype new approaches.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Available online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
• Experience designing across complex customer journeys and multi-surface experiences.
• Strong experience with modern design tools such as Figma and prototyping platforms.
• Experience building interactive prototypes that communicate concepts and validate customer hypotheses.
• Strong visual, interaction, and systems-thinking design skills.
• Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for high-impact initiatives across sports, news, live channels, and other real-time entertainment experiences.
• Define customer journeys and interaction patterns that connect live discovery, event anticipation, viewing, and engagement.
• Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear customer problems, hypotheses, experience principles, and scalable design frameworks.
• Design intuitive, personalized experiences that help customers understand what is live and what to watch next.
• Explore AI-enabled and context-aware experiences in collaboration with technical partners.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and production-ready specs across devices.
• Prototype and validate concepts with cross-functional teams, using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate learning.
• Drive systems-level thinking and consistency across content categories while respecting distinct needs.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap priorities through customer insight and storytelling.
• Present work to senior stakeholders and mentor designers to raise design craft.
