Take Command Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design from discovery through launch. You will partner with product, engineering, research, and other stakeholders to shape strategy and deliver intuitive, accessible experiences.

You’ll translate insights into product experiences, contribute to the design system, and mentor across teams while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment. Flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showing systems thinking and shipped outcomes.
• Experience independently leading complex product initiatives.
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance customer, business, and technical needs.

• Experience using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research synthesis, exploration, prototyping, or design-to-code delivery.
