Job summary

InStride Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer for a full-time, temporary six-month engagement to elevate complex workflows across our digital platform. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and clinical/operational teams to deliver high-quality design work in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience in health tech or SaaS.
• Master-level proficiency in Figma with auto-layout and dynamic states.
• Experience with design systems, tokens, and enterprise libraries.
• Experience integrating AI-driven prototyping to speed up discovery.
• Portfolio demonstrating complex workflows and measurable product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design across active streams with PM, engineering, and data.
• Audit workflows with user research and data to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain scalable design system components.
• Design system architectures for complex data and error states.
• Build prototypes from low to high fidelity for tests and reviews.
• Incorporate AI tools to accelerate exploration.
• Lead user research and define minimum viable investigations.
• Ensure WCAG accessibility and conduct competitive audits.
• Evaluate trade-offs with engineering and data partners.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and design reviews.
• Mentor junior designers and document decisions.
• Document active streams and design system changes.
