Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Designer to shape operator-facing interfaces for the IKCs portfolio across the Wonder family of brands. You will design end-to-end experiences for line cooks, kitchen managers, and dispatch staff under real-time pressure, translating research and feedback into high-fidelity proofs and production-ready assets.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations stakeholders to improve speed, accuracy, and throughput on the kitchen

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing for operational, high-stakes, or B2B/internal tools.
• Experience designing for physical-world contexts (logistics, retail ops, restaurants, warehousing).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with engineering and product teams.
• Ability to tackle complex user flows and propose efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of end-to-end user experiences across the product ops portfolio.
• Develop high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design artifacts.
• Conduct usability testing to validate designs and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, engineers, and operational stakeholders to design features that drive growth and improve metrics.
• Partner with Product Managers to optimize operations-focused applications for speed and accuracy on the floor.
