Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Kitchen Sequencing Product Manager to own the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, coordinating with engineering, operations research, and cross-functional teams to optimize kitchen sequencing and reduce wait times for chefs and couriers.

You will develop a data-driven product strategy, manage features, and ensure alignment with KPIs like expo sit time, throughput, and customer promise time, while collaborating with a dedicated data analyst to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building quality user experiences in supply chain, logistics, or robotics environments.
• Minimum of 5+ years of product ownership experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience with data science/ML projects and optimization.
• Familiarity with operations research techniques and simulations is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for sequencing and kitchen optimization.
• Own product features for sequencing, including scoping, prioritization, and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and operations researchers to improve algorithms and data pipelines.
• Translate requirements and bugs into JIRA tickets and guide feature delivery.
• Partner with a data analyst to track KPIs and conduct analyses for opportunities.
• Support business cases and financial analysis linking KPIs to business impact.
• Communicate sequencing changes to operations and field teams and define new processes.
