Qualifications

• 5+ years designing operational, high-stakes, or B2B/internal tools.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid visual and typographic sensibility addressing complex user flows.
• Portfolio demonstrating design process across fidelity levels.
• Systems thinking to maintain consistency across products.

Responsibilities

• Pivot across the product ops portfolio as priorities change over time.
• Own end-to-end user experience design with user research, operator feedback, and performance data.
• Create high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design artifacts for developer handoff.
• Run usability testing to validate designs and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to design features that support growth and improve metrics.
• Partner with Product Managers to optimize operations-focused applications for speed and accuracy on the floor.
